Personal Coaching Services

Ārahi NZ offers personal coaching services that empower individuals to take charge of their lives, and step fully into their mana or strength. Grounded in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) principles, our coaching supports people to gain clarity around what they want out of life, build confidence and make values led choices that create real and lasting change. We walk alongside you as you reconnect with your purpose and move from simply coping to truly thriving - living a life that feels aligned, fulfilling and authentically yours.

Bi-Cultural Coaching Services

Ideal for supervisors, coaches, leaders, mental health workers, practitioners, support workers and teams, who are new to kaupapa Māori philosophies and practices. Guided by Te Whare Tapa Whā and the Āta health model (s), clients learn how to apply Māori values, tikanga, and communication approaches in meaningful, everyday ways, while embedding culturally safe and responsive practice across teams and systems. The learning is genuinely transformational, deepening cultural understanding while enhancing empathy, communication, and connection. Participants consistently report that our training not only strengthens their ability to engage effectively with Māori, but also elevates the way they relate to colleagues, clients, and communities of all backgrounds.
